Sabine Malnoury-Gamet

completed her studies both in violin performance and composition at the Lyon National Conservatory, and in June 1999, she was rewarded with a unanimous first prize by the committee. A young composer with a personal and colorful style, she is already in possession of a varied portfolio (Babylon and Tenebrae for organ, Voile du Soleil for trombone and symphony orchestra, Eurythmia for three instruments and children’s choir, etc). She has completed a work commissioned by the Lyon National Orchestra for the Création Musicale. Sabine Malnoury is interested in all types of music, be it improvisation at various concerts (Musicora, the Lyon Conservatory, Radio France), or by her interpretation of the contemporary repertoire in the 20th century workshop of the Lyon Conservatory, where she earned with distinction a diploma for specialized studies. Having obtained a certificate from the Ministry of Education, Sabine Malnoury has teached composition and improvisation at the Chambéry Conservatory. She his actually professor in the National music school of Villeurbanne where she teachs composition, improvisation and musical writing.
